Sebnem Bostanci is the founder and the director of N&N Legal. She is an Attorney at Law and OISC Level Accredited Immigration adviser.
She completed her bachelor’s degree in Law from the prestigious Istanbul Marmara University. She obtained her lawyer’s license from Istanbul Bar and has since continued her role as a lawyer. She completed her master’s degree at Yeditepe University. She has been awarded the degree of Master of Laws of in International Commercial Law with a distinction degree at Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge. Her major project was about “Scope of Consent and Lawfulness and Fairness Principle for GDPR in the Context of Artificial Intelligence”.
Mrs. Bostanci has over 20 years of legal experience as a dispute and corporate attorney. She has dealt with different aspects from handling Labour law to Commercial Law during her career which helped her to professionalize in her subject matter. Mrs. Bostanci was admitted to the Istanbul bar in 2001. Mrs. Bostanci was working as a legal counsel for ten years in beIN Sports Company Digiturk which is the leading and largest Pay TV operator in Turkey. She has also written various articles on different subjects including “Arbitration of Investment Disputes and Corporate Governance”.
Mrs. Bostanci’s work experiences, studies and activities have endorsed her to extend and develop superior personal and professional skills especially in consulting individuals and high-profile commercial companies. Mrs. Bostanci has also provided legal consultancy to various international famous clients such as Nokia, Warner Bros and Disney. With all this experience and knowledge there is no doubt that she will achieve her goals and objectives in her business.
Since 2017, she has been running her own business, N&N International Consultancy Ltd., in the UK as a legal consultant by giving services such as negotiating and drafting IP, service and confidentiality agreements and handling commercial, divorce cases that need to be conducted in Turkish Law.
